At GUESS Watches, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your timepiece, you may return it in its original, unworn condition within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package Your Timepiece

  Carefully place the watch in its original GUESS presentation box along with all warranty booklets and extra links to ensure a full refund.

• 3.
  Attach the Shipping Label

  Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
